it's weird whenever I post a topic on the general threads I never see it and get no replys so I will ask here. In your experience do you have to gain weight when you quit smoking? I just had to quit due to health reasons but I am freakin because I am only 4lbs from my goal of 105. I don't want to gain weight and go backwards! WHOOPS that is supposed to be QUIT SMOKING LOL
