Every week I will make a new discussion topic for you to post your week's miles, progress, questions, etc. These weekly posts are meant to keep you on track! At the end, I will randomly pick a winner & it is required that you post at least weekly in order to be eligible for the prize.

October Bike Goal: 50 miles
10/1 - 5.8 miles = 38.4 total miles to go
I'm on a "training plan" for running, with every other day as a "rest day or optional cross training day" I choose to cross train by riding my bike. Right now, I'm kinda within time limits (30 mins), but I'll see how I feel later on, and I might increase that. Plus, I just bought a road bike, so I'm itching to get going & see how much faster I can go on it...give me a few more rides! lol0 -
