For just about all recipes that call for eggs, I substitute applesauce or Energy (probably not the correct word or spelling) Egg Replacer. When a recipe calls for egg WHITES, what do you use and how has your recipe turned out with the substitution?

Ground flax seed mixed with some warm water usually works well.0

you can still use what you regularly use normally calling for whites is just to reduce the fat and cholesterol which isnt a problem with vegan substitutes0
