Wow this year is has really flown by!
Christmas and New Years partys are just around the corner :drinker:
My goal is to get down to 200 pounds by the end of October and 188 for Christmas(1.5 pound loss a week)
How is everyone else travelling? What are your goals this month?

    I'm back at it after just coasting through the summer, my goals are: Oct down 3, Nov down 4, Dec down 3. I know this doesn't seem like much and should be easy to do but I find myself in a good place where I'm OK with the slow and steady loss so I know I won't be working at it as hard as others.......that's OK it works for me :flowerforyou:

    Yep,the year really went by fast :/ I'm back to MFP after one crazy summer, but I didn't gain much, which is good! I'm hoping to get really close to my ultimate goal weight till new year...

    If I make it through October and half of November at around my current weight, I will have maintained for a year! My goals this month are running related. I'm shifting my training focus from mostly cycling to more running. I'm planning to run a half marathon in the spring.
