Well I was able to stay on track yesterday so here is to 2 days in a row staying on track, again I only stopped to get water need to get a water bottle and not shut it in my car door.
Today I will
Drink lots of water
stay within calorie goals
Go for a walk with the kids and dog

Good for you, Marygirl! I know it can be challenging to keep the focus on your own health and fitness when you have a young family to raise. Hats off to you and all the mamas and daddies on MFP!
I had a pretty good day yesterday, even though I nearly sabotaged it once again by dipping into my daughter's mini oatmeal cookies that she has in the pantry for my sweet little grand. I have trouble stopping once I get started on that delicious crunchy sweetness. Going to reach for the water next time!
Today I will:
*ride my exercise bike for a minimum of 40 minutes (did 60 yesterday, and already squeaked in 15 before leaving the house
*drink one gallon of water (did it yesterday, so why not today?)
*eat within my calorie goal
*make healthy, mindful choices tonight when dining with my friends

I did well with the food and exercise part of my goal yesterday (even though I was tempted to blow off my run, since I missed my planned interval run and got home late), but did not follow through on the meditation and, especially, the go to bed earlier parts (not unrelated to the late run, although that was relaxing). So today:
(1) Go to the gym and stay within my calories.
(2) Get in some meditation/journaling
(3) (most important) go to bed at a reasonable hour

Yesterday was kinda a bust and I wish my sinuses would stop being a total pain. Anyway todays a new day.
Todays goals.
1. p90x (complete)
2. drink plenty of water - this is a normal goal but I have been failing to drink enough for the last 2 weeks
3. healthy choices and snacks
4. get my fill of pittie kisses at the resuce since I didnt make it there tuesday0
