Arm & Ab Exercises while Pregnant

Hi Ladies! I'm 6 months pregnant and I keep thinking about how I am going to be responsible for doing a lot more lifting. I'd like to get my arms in better condition before January. I know it will likely be hard to see a difference in my arms (until I lose weight) but I'd like to tone and build strength. I'd also like to keep my ab's strong for postpartum recovery, so any advice on that would be great as well.

Any beginner arm exercises that worked for anyone? (Note: I don't belong to a gym, I have equipment at home but no bench - just free weights and resistance bands)

Thanks in advance :)

The easiest thing is probably to do variety of planks and pressups which you should be able to do right up to the end of pregnancy. my favorite youtube workouts are Xhit as there are heaps of workout to choose from with a variety of exercises, lengths etc. im still doing them now at 7 1/2 months pregnant. i just skip the ones where i lie on my tummy or if they feel like im straining something. And for arms, you can always just use cans as weights. Thats what i do :) and don't worry, your arms will get plenty of workout once baby arrives! Just make sure you alternate arms because my right was way stronger than my left. Good luck!
