Hypoglycemia

Hello,
Due in February, so 19 weeks. Lately I've been having episodes of hypoglycemia. Tonight I know it's because I haven't eaten since breakfast due to an awful day at work. I am waiting for my husband to bring home delicious udon lol. But it seems that if I don't eat regularly, I end up getting hypoglycemic. I woke up and went for a walk last weekend but only made it a mile before I felt like I was going to pass out from hypoglycemia. Lesson learned: always eat before exercising when pregnant. But is this a common issue with other pregnant women or am I alone on this one?

I feel nauseated and weak if I don't eat regularly. I also will vomit if I wait too long to eat. I eat all through out the day, like I have been since I got on this weight loss train, so nothing new for me.0

Yes! I have gestational diabetes so I'm eating a certain amount of carbs every couple of hours but every time I check my blood sugar it is VERY low!0

I'll add that hypoglycemia is something I always deal with, though. even when I'm not pregnant0
