Great day for accountability

Today I started week 4 of my cardio/lifting program. Today was my lifting workout and I had a great day with it. I am feeling stronger in my back and arms and I am seeing the line down the side of my legs too! I had my shake with a banana and a teaspoon of all natural peanut butter added in to increase my calories. Is anyone here lifting as a party of their routine?
