Currently living in Lake Dallas, working in Irving. I go to 24 hour fitness off of 635 since it is near my job and lets me beat the morning traffic rush.

I live in Arlington, but workout in grapevine after work most of the time, just kicking this thing off again, 2011 I lost almost 100# in 7-8 months and have since gained it back because I had no support at home, they said I changed too much so I stopped working out and eating right, I could use some good people to help keep me focused on my goals, workout pals, online support or just every now and then talk on here. I'm here to help. Here's my workout routine ( walk, run, bike, count calories) that's it.
