    LOL, went to the gym this morning and then commuted 25min to work... I am sitting nice and toasty by my heater here at my desk.

    Tyler/Lindale area here. I need to lose a LOT of weight and plan to start tomorrow. I'll be walking, riding, and running, plus counting calories. If anyone wants to hook up for exercise let me know. I often frequent Tyler State Park, Mineola Nature Preserve, and Faulkner Park (the one north of Lindale).
