Duluth has at least 3 sushi restaurants. There's the Zen House, which was the first. I haven't tried it but heard it's pretty good. Then there's Osaka Sushi Hibachi grill. Excellent place and fun and then Hanabi which is also delicious though pricey! We also have a nice fish market, The Park Bench, where you can buy really fresh sushi quality fish that you can take home to make your own. And of course Cub Foods and Mount Royal Fine Foods both have fresh made sushi every day.

There's this pasta that my friend and I found at Lakewinds that is made out of beans like black beans and soy beans. It has the regular amount of calories most pasta has- BUT it has about 20 grams of protein in it and less carbs than most pastas. If anyone is ever curious- the brand is Explore Asian.

Thanks! I wonder if they have it at Cub, or even Whole Foods.

I haven't checked Cub, but Whole Foods in Minnetonka = no luck. You could probably request it at nearly any co-op though.
