can i count diet drinks ie diet pepsi fanta zero ect as part of my water intake?:smile:

    Yes. They're 99% water. Your body doesn't care that there is other stuff mixed in with the water, it just wants water.

    as long as its diet (low sugar) i dont see why not! i count it as fluid intake rather than water intake :)

    Well i have been told that the ones with caffeine in wont count as they still partly dehyrdrate you.

    I changed to caffeine free
