There are quite a few nice places here in Tampa and I can say my two favorites are Bayshore blvd and The Upper Tampa bay trail.

List yours here and I will check it out when I can.

The USF campus on a Sunday morning. When I'd walk to my car to go to work, the campus was empty. So nice to walk/jog/run/bike/whatever around, since there are miles of paths/road to yourself.

I'd like to see more suggestions. I'm a new runner and have only been on a treadmill, once through my apartment complex, and I ran a 5k at Ft. DeSoto Park. Bayshore looks really nice! I'm not into the Suncoast too much - its close but right next to the highway and the last time I cycled through there I saw some bugs that survived the meteor. :) Any more suggestions?
  • I found a great spot by my house. Flatwoods Park. This place is awesome, great for jogging, walking, and even biking!

Is that on Morris Bridge?? If so, I've been meaning to go there!

Not exactly Tampa Bay, but if you're in the area, the Withalacoochee Park over in Dade City is a great place for bike riding, walking, and jogging. Best of all? the only Florida park I've been to so far where I have NEVER been bitten by a mosquito!
