This is a great post because I often wonder how I compare to other women. We are almost at the end of our mesocycle so I will post my updated PRs next week. BUT, I just retested my deadlift 1RM: 225 lbs!
Back squat was 190 a couple months ago.
Front squat was 155 a couple months ago.
Bench was 105 a couple months ago.
Strict press was 85 a copule months ago.
Consecutive DUs - 81
Consecutive PUs - 17
That's all I have off the top of my head. Will go through my log and post Hero / dirty girl PRs when I get my new oly PRs.0 -

I haven't found my maxes on many lifts, but as I do I will post.
I did push presses for 3 reps, 115 this week.
Power cleaned for 4 reps, 105 this week.
DL for 5 reps, 205 this week.
I believe my max BP is around 115.
Got my T2B, got my K2E. Swung a 1.5 pood KB for 3 rnds of 15 last week. I can put together about 10 DU's at a time. Good for about 2 strict pull ups, and working on stringing together more kipping pull ups. And last week I won the hand stand contest :-) haha, it is good to be a former gymnast at crossfit!0 -

I started CF in May and am just now getting up to some "higher" numbers. I haven't logged too many PR's but here's what I've done recently:

Looking back at this... I don't know where the EFF I got 185# x 5 DL from. I looked through my log books and the last time we did 1rm for DL's was a long time ago and it was 165#. Last night, though, we did 3-3-3-3-3 (all at 90% of 1RM) and I used 170#. So, that was a PR for me!0 -

I've been addicted since April, going about 3 times a week, as much as my single-full-time-working-motherhood will permit.
Looking through my book, I'm still light on most PR's. I haven't really determined my limit for one rep on most lifts yet. Some days we don't do strength max reps. My coach is strict on form - gotta go deep on squats and power up the lifts, finishing clean at the top, otherwise it doesn't count. And I'm working on that. Every single rep needs to be in good form.
Back squat 95. Push press 80. 75 bench press 75. Snatch 40. Deadlifts 105. Hang power clean 65. Clean jerk and push press 70. Push ups 25.0 -
Started at the beginning of May. I only know a few max reps.

Haven't done any snatches, cleans or jerks in a while but I've been improving in leaps and bounds going 5 days a week in two months so hopefully I will have an idea of those soon If I'm doing them in a multi rep wad, I'd say 45lb but I would think i could do significantly more than that for a one rep max.0 -

5 strict pull up or chin up. I can string together 10 kipping pull ups in a row
I can do one strict hand stand push up but I usually do an ab mat and kip them for reps.
Haven't tried toes to bars but I can do a few knees to elbows.
I made it on the board for one of the bench mark wods at my gym too. I did Karen Rx'd in 9min 14sec. I was also so close to doing Josh Rx'd but my over head squat sucks so I dropped 10lbs from the weight.
