Black Bean Brownies

A couple of you have asked for my recipe for these, and I blogged them today, so here is that link: http://passthetomatoes.com/2011/11/beccas-black-bean-brownies/ I hope it's ok to link to a personal blog? Not trying to promote or sell anything except health. :)

    They look delicious!

Do you mind if I ask how they taste compared to a more traditional brownie?

They are just delicious. The 'bean' taste really doesn't come through, especially if you puree them very well and use the dark chocolate cocoa powder instead of regular cocoa powder. With the frosting, too, and the Greek yogurt garnish, they are simply fudgey delights. I think you'll enjoy them.
