Nov 12-13 there is a hopper going on near BWI. I figure this is as good a place for people to give the word about who is going and smack talk if need be. Who's box is representing? Who's going and who is competing?
I might try to stop by, but I don't think my schedule has the room to make it out there. My box is sending some folks (CrossFit South Arlington).

CrossFit 717 has a team and one individual competing. Our individual is part Spartan, I'm pretty sure. I'm going to spectate Saturday; it will be my first ever competition (watching).0
