    I am at school all day, and will be getting home too late for work out... :(

    what can I do?

    i'm in! Instead of sitting on the compt. on my down time at work tonight I'm going to walk to stairs for a while!

    Great work thus far! I'm so proud of all of you!
    I just got back from my run... I generally run around 35 minutes so I planned on running 40 today. After 40, I figured I should push a little farther, and ended up running 45 minutes straight! I've never run that long before, and I feel fantastic. Thank you all for the inspiration to push myself, and I hope you all choose to do the same! You'll be happy you did :D

    what can I do?

    Maybe take a 5 minute "bathroom break" and fast-walk up and down the stairs? Do you have some time between classes to go outside and go for a short 5 minute jog?

    Today I started working out again after taking a few weeks off :( Shame on me. I did 35 minutes.

    thanks I did some more walking to day. Not really sure if it was 5 mins, but I did 10000 steps. Which is better then most days which is about 6 or 7000 steps a day.

    I didn't have time for a formal workout yesterday, so I walked the stairs for 5 minutes.

    Done! Wasn't going to work out yesterday because I was feeling pretty darn lazy but instead I did another day of C25K! Extra 30 minutes of exercise!
