What's your workout routine?

Tell us what all you do to get in shape!

I do a variety of stuff so that I don't get bored. Currently, I'm doing C25K (on treadmill), the elliptical, Pilates, walking on the treadmill, and some strength training. I sometimes throw in some EA Sports Active 2 Wii, calisthenics, or stationary bike too.

Do you guys/gals have gym memberships? If so, what gym? I use my apartment complex's fitness center, but I am going to get a gym membership in January or February and I'm trying to find a good gym! I'm on 280 near the Summit, so I'm thking Gold's Gym or Sportplex.

    right now I am doing the 30 Day Shred but i also do the elliptical and play ea sports and zumba on the wii. I use to have a gym membership but I never stick to them so this time im doing everything from home.

    I do all my work outs at home .... very few gyms are wheelchair accessible. There is a gym at Lakeshore Rehab Hospital over in Homewood that is completely accessible, but it's no where near my home or my place of work.

    I have my own weight bench and set of weights out in the workshop that I use for weight training ... and I have a MagneTrainer here in my home "office" that I use for cardio. I try to do my weight training routine 2-3 times a week and cardio 3-4.

    Gold's Gym has Body Pump classes.... I've thought about trying a class when I join the gym in January, but I don't know if I'm up for it! On machines, I usually go with 25 lbs but with dumbells, I only have 5lbs. I also don't know for sure that I'll join Gold's... I may be joining Sportplex...
  • A variety of things here (same reason---so I wont get bored). I mostly use the treadmill and elliptical at Anytime Fitness [Along with resistance machines and stuff]. On offish days, I walk around the neighborhood and try to shake things up by playing a little bit of Dance Dance Revolution. I also attend aerobics and a zumba class held at a local recreational facility.

    BTW Mandimoore: Do you know much much it costs to join a Sportplex? I always see the commercial aired, but always miss any parts listing fees and stuff like that. I don't even know where a Sportplex is located to be honest, but it looks almost as amazing as the YMCA.

    I walk briskly for about 30 minutes every day. Kettlebell workout 3 days a week. I sometimes do Wii Fit but that's mostly just for fun. I bought 30 Day Shred but haven't really stuck with it, not sure I want to. The kettlebells are amazing and I really don't need 30DS anymore. Kettlebells are the best workout I've ever had.
