At the moment I'm taking zinc, evening primrose oil capsules, Vitamin B complex and organic coconut oil.
I have shinier hair but it hasnt seemed to help my skin.0 -
Hi nice to meet you all! I have had a bit of a stomach problem which means eating bread pasta and rice hurt so haven't been eating them. Since I stopped my eczema has pretty much gone. I don't know if its coincidence but its gone for now anyway0

That's great to hear!
I;ve heard from someone else that they limied their gluten intake and it helped.
I'm thinking of going for an allergy test. but gosh, alife without bread, cakes, pastalol
