This question is bound to arise, so here's how we do it.
1. Edit your pic to an appropriate size using your computer's photo editing software.
2. Upload your pic to an outside host. I use Photobucket.com.
3. Find the code within the site host for your new pic that begins with [IMG.... copy that code and paste into your forum message.
4. Change the uppercase "IMG" to lower case "img". Do this for both ends of the code.
That should do it.
