    Starting on week 3. 26 32 19 19 32 = 128

    Did not like the last set!

    I am dropping the dips after being told its not wise to do dips AND pushups. pushups are my weakness so will keep those in favour over dips. Might do another round after I finish this programme and do dips with weighted squats.
