For me, I plan to start P90X again tomorrow and be more dedicated to logging...."you bite it, you right it!!!" I almost wish they didn't have the "add calories" under quick tools. Anyway, I hope this is helpful, even if you use it as a place to keep up with your daily progress.

I'm here because I've really lost my motivation lately. Between some personal things and just boredom I guess, I haven't been keeping to my plan like I have been for the past number of months.
I think some of the problem is the time change. No more running on my trail (which I was loving), cold weather, early darkness. Urg. Plus all I want to do is SLEEP and I have a horrible time getting up in the mornings - which means, of course, no morning workouts.
Eating has become a little bit of an issue too. I'm mostly good (and mostly logging) but I find come dinnertime I've been eating more than normal. I just feel hungrier.
On the plus side, I quit smoking 5 weeks ago and have been doing REALLY well with that.
I just need a kick in the pants. A fresh start. Renewed motivation.0
