What are everyone's goals this week? Or just in general?
My goals this week is to not eat sweets. No ice cream, cookies, etc. We have a bag of kettle corn and that's getting finished off and then we're done. I'm not even gonna buy Skinny Cow ice creams this week because I a) can't afford it and b) need those extra calories to get me back on track. I'm gaining, so I need to avoid anything that could sabotage me!!

My goal for this week has been no empty snacking. My roommates always buy cookies, chips, ice cream, etc. and it's hard sometimes to snack on cottage cheese when they are enjoying some Cherry Garcia But I'm going to stay strong and remember that the flavor doesn't last, but the fat will.0

My biggest goal right now is to be 195 by December 31. I have 18 pounds to go. It's a big goal for the holiday season... but I'm hoping that keeps me more accountable on those FOOD days!
The exciting thing is that I am 2.5 lbs away from being a third of the way to my final goal. Woooo! :happy:0 -
I GOT IN!!! YAY ME!! I'm with you, no skinny cow for two weeks, or sugar free cookies, let my body go through with drawl.. like a addict so when do we check in? every day?0

For the challenges, I'm gonna request a daily check-in. For the goals, it's a bit different. You can really just check in whenever you'd like, if at all. Probably more of an NSV check in. Like, did you swap a sweet snack for a healthy one? Did you grab a water instead of a soda? Stuff like that. But in the challenges area, I AM going to request a daily check-in once it gets started (Sunday night) just to get things rolling0

Ok, so I was REALLY bad this weekend. Was with my "third set of grandparents," and they just fed me and brought me places all weekend. So.. yeah. I'm paying for the cake right now though. Huge sugar rush, feeling so sick now!0

I think I spent to much time and thoughts about avoiding sugar that I went right to it!, I myself have a tummy ache from eating ice cream! I hope tomorrow would be a better day.0

I took a nice warm shower and I feel SO much better. Indulge in a bath or a warm cloth on your belly.0 -
this week my goal is to get back to basics - eat sensibly and balance out with good calorie burns. I'd like to step up my strength training a bit too, I've been a little slack0
