If you haven't heard of this trial I will give a very brief overview. Basically two employees were in the lululemon store one finds out the other has some merchandise that they probably stole from the store, confronts the girl and they have a huge fight. The one that stole the merchandise horrifically murders the other with basically 8 different objects and over 300 wounds roughly 100 and something being defensive wounds. It supposedly takes a long time for the girl to finally die. Now the trial is over the girl was found guilty. My real beef here is the apple employees next door who heard. "help, oh god someone please help me" they heard the ruckus for a while too. They never bothered to go see what it was or even call police to investigate, they could have literally saved this womans life yet they did absolutely nothing. My question do you think it's ok to not interfere even if you hear something like that going on?

I wouldn't have done **** either, if someone is that unstable to commit murder i'm not getting anywhere that crazy S.O.B. I'd rather someone else die so I can run the other ****ing way before they get me.

Selfish, you bet your *kitten* I am, I have a family to go home too, i'm not gonna die over something that doesn't involve me.

I can understand that, how about calling the cops though? They heard this going on for a long time.

I dont think I would call the cops either, they say that you will be anonomous (SP) but you know damn well they will find out who ratted on them and could possibly have connections outside of jail to kill you.

hehe ok now we are getting somewhere. So I am going to pose this question to you. If that girl would have been your sister, daughter, wife, whatever, and you had to talk to the apple employees(for whatever reason maybe they were telling you how sorry they were for her death) would you tell them you understand and don't have any hard feelings against them for doing nothing because you wouldn't have either? haha I dont' know why we are quoting each other we are the only ones in here haha

I would probably go investigate. If it sounded brutal and I didn't think it would be safe to investigate then I'd call the cops. Obviously the Apple employees did give a testemony so the Apple employee is not anonoms and would still get taken out. Sounds like the woman was freakin nuts, but there was no forthought. I tend to think that those who just one day snap are less likely to "have connections."

I would have at least called the cops. I once lived in an apartment where my neighbors boyfriend routinely beat her up. It was horrible. There is NO way I stand by and hear something like that. And when you work in a mall like that, you usually get to know the people who work in the other stores.
