    Chai Latte
    2 scoops of Visalus Shake
    Chai tea - cold
    2 oz of milk
    fill with water, and blend...heavenly

    Strawberry Banana
    2 scoops of visalus shake
    1/2 cup of milk
    1/2 banana
    1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
    fill with water and blend

    - makes a thicker shake.

    I love it with dark chocolate almond milk. My hubby has made it with frozen blueberries and strawberries too and that is very good as well. I found a site that had 100 recipes for the shakes and will probably try that too.

    Tropical Bliss
    1/2 cup Coconut milk (unsweetened has little fat)
    Canned Pineapple (in water) to taste
    drops of Coconut Extract
    drops of Rum Extract
    Ice cubes
    fill with pineapple water and blend

    GingerBread Latte
    Get your Christmas on!
    1 Cup of Almond Milk
    1.2 Tsp Gingerbread Syrup
    Dash of Nutmeg
    Vanilla yogurt
    Fill w/water and blend

    Pumpkin shake

    2 scoops of protein mix
    1/3 cup of pumpkin puree (no salt)
    1/3 tsp of cinnamon
    1/3 tsp of nutmeg
    1/3 tsp of ginger
    1% milk
    two ice cubes

    Blend and enjoy!!!

    8 oz skim milk
    2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
    1 tsp. dry instant coffee powder
    6 ice cubes
    Blend and enjoy!

    Chocolate Peppermint
    8 oz skim milk
    2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
    1/2 tsp peppermint extract
    2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    6 ice cubes
    Blend and enjoy!
    *** For a hot chocolate treat, heat in microwave

    Almond Milk plain (60 calories)
    2 scoops shake mix
    sugar free chocolate syrup
    1 tsp simply jiff peanut butter
    LOTS of ice!! It's like a Reeces Pieces! I put more ice in it so it becomes very thick. Then eating it with a spoon feels like I'm eating ice cream.

    Honestly, I was going to go to McDonalds and get a milk shake one night on a 'weak' moment. I said NO...I will have a Vi shake instead. I will NEVER go out for a milkshake again. The Vi shake was sooo much better :)

    My favorite shake is
    1cup skim milk
    1 cup frozen raspberries
    2 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup
    3 ice cubes

    So delicious, I have it almost every night for dinner. I never get sick of it and it helps calm my chocolate cravings too! :bigsmile:

    Hello ALL! Love the shakes! I wasn't to sure about them in the beginning but I love them now and actually look forward to them.

    My Favourite Shake:

    1/2 Cup 1% Milk
    1/2 Cup Water
    4 Ice Cubes
    1 Cup of Frozen Berries

    Very simple but SOOO DELICIOUS!!
