Try http://www.my-calorie-counter.com/Calories_Burned/music-playing-accordion.asp.This may not be your instrument but its mine. I think you'd be hard put to play continuously for an hour so its probably not worth logging. I have seen other sites with similar info.

I just had a look at this chart, I play Bass the most and is similar to guitar so worked out I burn around 300 calories (more so even as I'm a lot larger then the max weight they show) per hour!
Look at this chart and go down to M http://www.nutristrategy.com/activitylist4.htm0 -
I don't know how many calories I burn, but when I play my bass I fly all over the place. I jump, do back bends, headbang, etc. You can tell I have ADHD when I play lol.0

lol that would be funny. I bet I'd make some people laugh...including myself.0 -
It's gotta be a lot because the day after a show my body will hurt more than if I ran 6 miles.0

I'm with Sara, I hike for like 10 miles 2ce a week and one weekend of shows will have me pretty banged up in comparison.
I think it depends how much u put into the performance and move on stage, and how much equipment you move around/how far...
I put it in as dancing for however long it was and put in moving furniture for however long loading took, but I thing the singing taked more than both, like I said it depends on how much you put into it.0 -
As a bagpiper, I'm afraid I can't jump around too much while playing. Makes people nervous.0

When I was young I probably burned a lot more because our shows were high energy metal! Nowadays, it's a little more laid back and the wrists are not what they used to be. But drumming is still a pretty decent workout. It does work up a sweat.0
