    I am from Cranston, i live in Groton CT now cause hubby is in the navy but after he gets out we plan to move into RI again.

    what workouts does everyone do? i just started running back in august i started the c25k plan now I'm working on the bridge to 10k plan. today i did w2d2..before all this i haven't run in 20 plus years..do we have any runners on here from RI.?

    I also live in Lincoln. I started the C25K two week ago but then got really sick and won't be able to get back into running for another week or two :(
    Right now, per dr's orders, I can only walk and do low impact exercises. Once my health is back to 100%, I will be doing the C25K, Power 90, and using the Just Dance games on the Wii.
