KT Tape?

Trying it out for the first time ever from a free sample I won. I have heard good things so far...just looking for more information from those that have used it in the past!

    I think that may be the same thing as Rock Tape - and if so, it's magic!
    I had problems with inflamed tendons in my knee earlier this year and the physio recommended strapping my knee with Rock tape and it really helped to take the pressure of while it was healing.
