Tight ankle joints

Hello everyone!

It was recently discovered by a free PT session I got to have that my ankle joints are very tight and have little range of motion. It definitely explains why I feel tight always in my ankle and lower leg. I was just curious if anyone else in this group deals with the same issue and how? I have been stretching it with a couple stretches that were suggested to me as well as Yoga, but I haven't found strength training for it. I am also trying out KT Tape to see if it helps at all.
