Weight Loss Challenge!

Okay so the one that my friend and I went to go joined turned out to be a bit of a scam. So heres the deal;
We would like to start our own weight loss challenge.
Thinking $20 to join and the person that losses the most wins the pot. No product pushing etc. Just a group of people looking to lose some weight and get healthier!
Would you guys like to base the winnings on the loss weight or inch's?
If you have any thoughts or questions to add please do so.
Also when should we start and how long should it be?

    But for how long it should last, I think 6 weeks is good. A month and a half.. not too long, and not too short?
