Hello,
Started this group as noticed and joined the one for night shift workers, but I work rotation shifts which can in some ways be worse as nights are included in my rotation pattern. However the one I currently work you do a maximum of 3 shifts the same before changing. Also the rotation is the one considered less healthy for the body, ie starting with Early shifts, then move on to Night shifts then Late shifts then Rest Days....
This makes it hard to plan meals, as well as exercise and rest

I work rotations too - days and nights in the same block - policing industry
body doesnt like that as I've gained 90 lbs since i started 11 and a bit years ago - yuck.
Im here to make positive healthy changes!
