I have been yo-yoing my weight for the past 5 years. I get to where I am happy and confident with my weight and then loose sight of why and how I got there. Next thing I know, I look in the mirror or jump on the scale and I have gained 10 pounds. Get cranky with the gain and gain more. GRRRRR

My goal is to post blogs and invite others as well to. Together we can get and stay on track to reach and maintain our goals. Together let's kick some butt. Then next time, when vacation season rolls around we can go to the beach and be preoccuppied with the bellies or thighs that distract us from having a relaxing and fun time.
