I made it over the hump!

I was at a hault for about 3 weeks. I took a look at my diet and what I could possibly eleminate and what i could do for exercises to change things up and jump start my matabolism again. I realized that I was eating more calories than I needed in order to loose. Once I cut my calories down about 2 to 300 calories and started intraval training and hitting the weights hard the weight started coming off again. Now I can't stop it, lol.
I am 20 lbs. from my goal weight then I will start the maintainence program ! It has not been a hard road to travel, but a long one and I can now see my final destination!
