Hey Challengers!!! R U excited about Monday! I AM! Im READY! I hope U all hv bn thinkin about what U will B eatin on the 1st Monday (Nov 14) of the Meatless Mondays Challenge. It will B easier 4 U if U plan out Ur meal B4 hand, as I have already planned mine & I will be eating the following on Monday:
24 oz of water - during workout
Breakfast - Quaker Oatmeal w/sum mandarin oranges & 1 cup of 2% milk
Snack - Quaker Straberry Yogurt Chewy Bar w/water
Lunch - Green Gian Garden Vegetable Medley w/sum passion fruit on the side
Snack - Oikos Blueberry Greek yogurt w/water
Dinner - 1 cup of Progresso Light Italian Style Vegetable Soup, small romaine salad & a grilled cheese sandwich & knocking it all down w/sum home-made sweet tea.
