hey guys Need some help and advice,
I'm following this american diet and something that has come up is Squash (vegetable) and doesn't mean butternut squash. I've looked it up on the internet and its like a smallish yellow root vegetable? Haha anyway, just looking for idea's on where I could maybe get it?
Also it has powdered sugar free/no added sugar lemonade mix ( guess its like kool aid for them) but not sure where I can get it or what alternative I might be able to use. I've looked on the boots and holland and barrett website for it but nothings come up.
