Love seeing other Okies trying to get their health under control! Lordy...we live in such a fast food culture out here! I've been at this since Jan and recently moved back to Okla (Noble) after a 13 year experience out east. The transition has been hard and I'm really struggling to get my focus back...so I'm hoping to find some great support and inspiration here!!

I feel your pain on the fast food. Pizza in front of me right now and it is SO hard to say no. So far, so good - but I may not make it all the way through class.

It seems like there's a fast food joint on every corner. As a self admitted fast food addict, I can tell you it's hard. I almost have my car trained not to automatically turn into every one I pass. Welcome home!

I was born and raised here in Oklahoma City. I've never really had a problem with the weather until these earthquakes started becoming so popular. I'm looking forward to getting my weight under control and moving on to a healthier phase. I hope that I can encourage others with my eventual success.
