Walking with Leslie

This month my challenge was to walk 30 miles with Leslie. However, I am thinking that goal is too low. lol I have walked 19 miles and it is just the 14th of the month. I will increase that goal because I plan to walk big time with Leslie while out for Thanksgiving.

Good job on the 19 miles! My goal is to walk at least 2-3 miles a day - 6 days per week. On the 7th day I "rest" but usually I will use my Wii Fit on the 7th day! Some days I am so tired I can only walk a mile, but then I usually make up for it on another day. My real goal is to work up to 4 miles and then 5 miles..... but I'm still at the 3 mile mark.0

Sorry I have been MIA... working day shifts gets me out of kilter... but did a wonderful WATP yesterday of 4 miles! I just love her dvds! I said I would get in 60 miles this month. Gotta get my butt in action again! Total walked so far... 27 miles! I think I can do this 60 miles! Glad I am coming into my week of nights!0

Almost at the half way mark that I set for myself for November. Got in 2 miles so sitting at 29 miles. Gonna rock it this week!0

Okay so I am getting in the miles now... Walked 3 miles yesterday and another 4 today so that brings my total up to 36 miles. Still have a ways to go. Hoping to get to 60 miles for November but I seem to be running out of days and I started back doing P90X on the weekend so I am lowering my goal to 50 miles. But I am still going to shoot for the moon and hopefully land amongst the stars!0

Got in another 2 miles... total is now 39 miles. Better get in a lot of walking during the weekend because December is going to be here before we know it!0

I am doing a December challenge on another group with a weight loss goal of 4 lb this month and drink more water(consistently) I do at least 8 a day, sometimes 10 or more, I want to be at 10 -14 regularly.
I also had a goal to do more excercise.... so my goal on LS group is to do 3 -4 miles at least 3 days a week, again, consistency is my key. I love her DVD's, I just seem to only get to it 1 -2 x a week.

over on the 'Leslie Sansone Walk at Home' page on facebook they started a 21 day walk together challenge yesterday. I only saw it today.
Yesterday (Saturday) was walk 3 miles or 45 mins or 6000 steps
Today (Sunday) is walk 2 miles or 30 mins or 4000 steps0 -
I have been walking with Leslie for several years, but have REALLY gotten into it in a big way and it makes me sooooo happy. I did my first 4 miles with Leslie last week.....my next dvd will be the 5 miles. LOVE Leslie! and walking indoors in the winter and getting so much more than just a walk!!:bigsmile:0
