  • Did it again overdoing it at the weekend, and so had to work like stink on really strict portion control and lotta more exercise and cutting out a lot of red wine, I just amanged to get under my goal!

    Starting weight: 192lb from 3 weeks ago when I returned to MFP after 3 months away, down 1/2 a stone so quite pleased!
    Goal weight: 182.0 lbs

    Feb was not that great but at least it's a loss!! Had 5 doo's that involved eating & drinking, so I'm pleased with this. Not got as much on in March so SHOULD DO BETTER!.....:ohwell:

    What a month!!!!!! Monday is my one year anniversary on MFP. So i have lost 60 ppounds in one year! lets hope I can do it again this next year.

    I don't seem to be getting anywhere. It may be time to re-adjust my goal again. I raised my daily cals. to 1600 & have been eating back most of my excersise cals. each day. I'm either going to lower my goal to 1500 or stop eating back my exercise cals., not sure which to do.

    MFP starting weight - 205 lbs

    Goal weight - 150 lbs

    27 January - 154 lbs
    3 February - 154 lbs
    10 February - 153

    Hiya - my first weigh in today!

    Starting weight: 212lb (nov 2010 when I originally joined)
    Goal weight: 190 (I'll change it when I get to it!) (3rs Feb - GW is now 185! :) )

    27 Jan: 192.8 <-- That was this morning, about 6.45am - Weighed again at 6.45pm - 190!!!!!)!!!
    3rd Feb: 189.6
    10 Feb: 190.4 (Better than I expected. Oh well :) ) (Weighed again at 3.20pm - 188.8lbs!!)
    17 Feb: 188.6 - woo hoo :)
    24 Feb: 188.2 - Getting there slowly!

    10 Feb: 198.0 Thanks to that pesky TOM. At least it is heading back down.
    17 Feb: 200 Making no progress, hoping it is the normal changes that occur after TOM.
    24 Feb: 198.4

    Starting to head back down hopefully this trend continues.
