I'm finally seeing some results! I've lost 16 lbs and hadn't seen results from the start but once I started walking and 30 Day Shredding I can finally fit comfortably into a pair of 24/26 buisness pants. WITH NO ELASTIC. I bought these pants 40 lbs ago!

YAY!!! That is SO great!!! I can totally understand that. I'm very tall, and it took a while for me to notice the weight loss. I still have issues when I look in the mirror. Getting into smaller sizes is the BEST feeling int he world. WTG!!!0
