i've never told anyone 'professional' about my ed. i've diagnosed myself, but for good reason.
i have to start seeing a new psychiatrist in late december, and i want them to know everything. the thing is, i don't know how to bring it up, or where to start. i want to get help. real help.

Try brainstorming before you go, then write down things you'd like to discuss and concerns you have. That way if you freeze or don't want to say it you can just pass the paper over. The more they know the better they can help.0

Its always best to start from the beggining. Id also do what AP ^^^ said about writing it down. Its good that u want to be honest with them and tell them everything. Thats always a good thing. x0
