EMOTIONALLY TRYING TO AVOID FOOD...NEW TO THE GROUP

IM A EMOTIONAL EATER. IM MAKING YET ANOTHERE ATTEMPT TO HIT THE GYM TODA AND I WOULDNR BE SURPRISED IF I GIVE UPO IN A WEEK OR SO. I LOVE FOOD AND I LOVE TO EAT. MY BOYFRIEND SUPPORTS ME AS MUCH AS HE CN BUT HE CAN’T DO MY CARDIO EXERCSE FOR ME. SO I STRUGGLE WITH THAT. AS A HEAVY SET WOMAN IT IS VERY DIFFFICUOT TO DO A LOT OF ARDIO BUT IT’S WHAT I NEED MOST. I HOPE TDAY WILL BE A GREAT START. I WANT TO GO TODAY AND TOMORROW BUT I HAVE TO TAKE IT ONE DAY AT ATIME AND JUJST FOCUS ON GETTING THROUGH TODAY. I WOULD LOVE FOR SOME ADVICE FROM ANYONE WHO KNOWS AND UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH.
