I ate something today and idiotically didn't read the packaging. I was diagnosed over a year ago and should really know better by now. Anyway, I dealt with the vomit and lovely GI affects earlier, and I know I need to eat the rest of my cals today, but I'm having a really hard time getting over this feeling. Do you guys have any remedies? It's been SO LONG since I glutened myself - we've been so careful at home separating the food and pans, etc!

Ouch, sorry to hear you accidentally got some gluten! :( That sucks. On days when I have gotten accidental gluten (it's been a while since that's happened thank goodness), I do not eat more until I am feeling better, and sometimes that means not eating anything else that day. I would base it off of how you feel.
