Well leathernecks I weighed in today I have lost 15 lbs so far. I have a two pack and working on the 4 then the six I will work my way around to the obliques. The way I see it I am just a big hunk of Marble chisiling away at at a shape that the Marines gave me twentyfour years ago. They gave me the tools to chisil this mess of a life I have made of me into what I know is the Marine I know is inside this beer and BBQ riden shape I know is in there. The tool box is open and I am using it. So lets make friends with gravity instead of working against it.
