Morning peeps
My friend sent me a code for a free graze box
I have never had one myself but she says they are brilliant.
Have a great day

I have tried graze boxes - they are quite expensive though, however one lasts about a week. you get four snacks in each box and can tailor them to a certain extent. I stopped getting them due to cost but there are some very healthy snacks - a lot of grains, seeds and nuts.0

I love my Graze boxes. I was sceptical to start with, but now I wouldn't go without. And ok, for 4 snack boxes they're pricey but at the same time, it's the variety of it which works out cheaper than me buying bits to make up my own munchie boxes.
If I'm honest, the munchies I was bringing into work were predominantly crisps, fruit occasionally. And you have to admit, its v convenient :happy:0 -

Thanks Morgan. Sorry guys but I'm supposed to make sure the threads adhere to the rules so after it was reported, I edited to remove the codes.0

There's a pile of them on the desk next to mine! The man who sits there was off sick for a few days and they piled up... I agree with what others say about them being expensive for what you get. However I think what you are really paying for is the convenience of them just being there, and so hopefully removing the temptation to head for the chocolate machine... not everyone has the time or inclination to put something like that together themselves.0

I've got a code for a free one too. The issue is, the healthy things don't look like things I'd particularly enjoy, while the unhealthier things look delicious. I don't think I can trust myself to stick to healthy things when there are delicious looking flapjacks and other higher calorie foods on there too.0

I my graze boxes. In the grand scheme of things 12 quid is not a lot of money a month, what I'd probably usually spend on crisps and chocolate in a month otherwise!!
I love the dippers, probably not the best thing calorie wise but those gorgeous little boxes certainly keep my blood sugar up throughout the day so I'm not starving between meals!0
