For all of you charity event runners out there! It's beginning to get a little chilly, but there are a few events still coming up. Here is one of them:

The 27th annual Run for Thanks, a sanctioned Palmetto Grand Prix Race, will be on Saturday, November 19, 2011. This is a non-profit event organized by the Kiwanis Club of Moncks Corner, which depends on local business sponsorships and private contributors for support. Contributions have been made from this event to the Guardian Ad Litem program, the Callen-Lacey Children's Shelter, the Berkeley County YMCA and HALOS.
If you are not a runner (like me!), maybe there are volunteer opportunities!
