For all of you event runners out there! It's beginning to get a little chilly, but there are a few events still coming up. Here is one of them:

    it's beautiful outside this morning. i just did a 2 1/2 mile run/walk and it felt so good. love this weather, and the sun early in the morning.

    It has been beautiful hasn't it?! Today is a little gloomier than the last few days...but I just got back from Denver and it is BLISTERING! The snow was nice though... in fact, i may start a thread about skiing in NC, asking if anyone has gone before and what it is like here on the east coast...
