How did everyone do yesterday? I completed TF 40 (yoga/stretching). It was intense! I was sweating about half way through. I see tiffanydawnn completed 55EZ. Great job! What about everyone else?

    Yesterday was HIIT 15 / Stretch 10 and today was Core 20 / Stretch 40. This was the first time that I did Stretch 40 all the way through so I am pretty proud of myself for that! Tomorrow I think is Fire 55EZ (need to check my schedule). Have fun Pushing Play!

    Anyone else do their workouts first thing in the morning? If I don't do it then it won't get done. I have 4 kids and work full time so my evenings are filled...lol!

    I like to workout in the AM as it feels so good to get it done! Great job on already completing your workouts girls!

    I am currently working out at night (around 9:00 pm) but that may change as i'm starting a new full-time job on November 24th (and am also a single mother of 2 boys - 3 year old twins)
    I may have to switch that to 6:00 a.m in order to keep my evenings free with the children.
    I'm okay with that. I think I actually might appreciate that :)
    I used to love early morning workouts!!!

    Yeah I workout that late too usually, I am SO NOT a morning person....I am a night owl instead. I work full time too as a nanny, but my son gets to come to work with me, so I don't usually miss much with him, which is really awesome. So the only thing in the evenings that I have to worry about it time for me and hubby...but he is usually off doing his own thing for part of the time, so I can make it work! :bigsmile:

    Great job everybody! Today is supposed to be a rest day but since I won't have time tomorrow I'm going to do Tone 30 and rest tomorrow. My work schedule is crazy this week. I'm working a few overnights and a double on Friday. But I can't let that get in the way. Enjoy your evening everybody!

    Today is a rest day for me. I'm following the TF Prep Schedule. Tomorrow is Tone 30. I'll be up at 5am to push play and get it in. I have an awards dinner to go to tomorrow (company event), so I need to really watch what I put in my mouth. Must watch my calorie intake. Wish me luck.

    Jacci - I will be right there with you at 5am. Tomorrow is Fire 55 EZ for me. Can't wait. I love that workout! Good luck at the awards dinner tomorrow night. Don't derprive yourself too much. Maybe bank some calories for later in the day for a small treat. I try to do that from time to time because if I give up all my favorite foods I would go insane...LOL!

    Tiffanydawn - Good luck getting all your workouts in this week. Sounds like it might be pretty challenging. I bet you will fit it all in. We have faith in you!

    fitmommy - you are so lucky that you get to take your little boy to work with you. I wish I could do that..:cry: .

    MissAnjy - Good luck with you new job!!! Morning workouts totally energize me. I can't believe how different I feel when I don't get my workout in first thing.

    So yesterday was my rest day... but today (in about 30 mins time - waiting for my lunch to go down) I am doing HIIT 20 + Sculpt 30, I am so pumped for it lol. The turbo fire songs have been playing around in my head all week as well as the moves that go with them lol. I only work mon, tues & wed so I have to do evening workouts then but I prefer doing my workouts about an hour after I've eaten lunch cos then I've got tons of energy! :smile:
