Hello Day 3 or Day 19-day-left till this whole new life becomes my habit and even almost my second nature. No, of course, I do not kid myself and know that my life will not magically changes on day 22. I realize it is a life long commitment that will need to be renewed and reencouraged here and there. I know it is a great "kick-in-the-butt" - get on the plan - jump start - all these good names. But I am here at least for 21 days and we will see from there Good morning!
