    I also like Dolvett. As I am working out, I find myself saying, 'Hard Work, Dedication, Dedication, Hard Work". That mantra got me to win 3rd place in a race I ran a few weeks ago! Woundn't believe you if you told me I'd ever run. I lost about 100 pounds on my own earlier this year.

    I miss Jillian though. Anna is not bad, she just has a different style that I am not used to yet. Haha. I'm talking like they are my trainers.

    He became my favorite trainer when someone was complaning that they wanted to stop because it hurt. He said "it hurts to look this good. I'm in pain everyday." I laughed so hard. Then I wrote it on a post-it and taped it to my mirror. :laugh:
