When I think of Eagan, I think of CiCi's. However, that's probably not the best choice healthwise.

A quick search gave me a place called Sambol. It has Sri Lankan cuisine. It looks good, but doesn't provide nutritional information. http://www.sambol.com/

thank you , yeah I am not the biggest cici's fan , I heard Jakes is good , but he said we can go anywhere so even if its not in eagan thats ok

    I love CiCi's, it's a problem. :blushing:

If I think of anything, I'll let you know. Q. Cumbers has the best salad bar in the cities, but it's a buffet so it also includes unlimited amounts of other not-so-healthy things.

www.portercreek.com/ in Burnsville (California cuisine, great bar, doesn't take reservations)

www.tracyssaloon.com (scratch kitchen, good beer, neighborhood feel)

http://www.heartlandrestaurant.com (midwest cuisine, you will go in the red calorie wise but you will ot regret it)

I also like Porter Creek in Burnsville. (Southwest salad is SO good!)
    Houliahans (Eagan) http://www.houlihans.com/home.aspx
Doolittles (Eagan) http://doolittlesrestaurants.com/forms/WFG DINNER Menu 11x17.pdf
Granite City (Eagan) http://www.gcfb.net/pdfs/menu/Menu1_Dinner.pdf (I haven't been there in a while but I see they have a Light/Gluten Free section of their menu)

    Have fun!!!!

I love French Meadow in Minneapolis. Most people know it for their bakery and awesome brunch, but they also have a great dinner. Lots of vegetarian options, healthy menu, and it's delicious!

For Eagan, I would vote Granite City, but I love their beer!

A favorite of mine is Chino Latino in uptown. They have a wide array of choices. I had my wedding rehearsal dinner there. They get busy on the weekends so you would have to call and make a reservation for two. : ))
